Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you wish to have a Late Check-out, it is subject to the hotel's availability, and there will be an additional charge for each hour after 11:00 am.

The room will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival.

Our exclusive wellness path is available for our guests at a cost of €40.00 per person. The path lasts for 90 minutes and encompasses a range of rejuvenating experiences, including the Kneipp Path, Mini Whirlpool Pool with cervical blades, Ice Zone, Turkish Bath, Mediterranean Bath, Finnish Sauna, Emotional Showers, Salt Room, Relaxation Room, and Tea Corner. For your comfort, we provide a Fluèntia Kit, which includes a Bathrobe, Towel, and Slippers.

Access to the wellness path is allowed for guests aged 16 years and above.

The use of the wellness center is not exclusive and is open to all guests. However, for those seeking a private spa experience, it is available only in the evening time slot starting from 9 p.m., and it requires advance reservation. The private spa service is priced from €250.00 per couple.

The spa is always an extra service, except for those booking specific wellness packages, where the spa experience is included, providing a more comprehensive and relaxing stay.

During the spring/summer season, City Bikes are at the disposal of our guests, perfect for exploring the more than 12 kms of bike paths surrounding our facility. The bikes cannot be reserved in advance but can be requested at the front desk based on availability. Enjoy the freedom of cycling around the beautiful surroundings and making the most of your stay with us.

The Hotel guarantees an entertainment and mini club service for children from 3 to 12 years old for the entire winter season starting December 23, and in the month of August. Always refer to your booking confirmation to check if the service is available.

Exclusively during the winter season, starting from December 23, our hotel offers a shuttle service specifically to the Montepratello ski lifts. There are three one-way trips in the morning and two return trips in the afternoon. To avail of this service, guests must reserve it at the front desk the day before.

It is an included service only in the case of direct bookings, otherwise there is a charge of €10.00 round trip per person.

For meals, you can request variations or alternatives to cater to your specific needs. Animals, even small animals, are not allowed.

For direct bookings, unlimited access to the Fitness Area is always included. However, for bookings made through portals, there is a fee of €7.00 per day per person to access the Fitness Area.

No, the outdoor pool is a summer service only.
